Each young person and/or person with special needs is allocated key/ support worker, who is managed by a qualified social worker.

They are registered with all appropriate health care provisions including doctor, dentist and optician.

We ensure that every person under our support enrols into a local
college, or undertakes training or an appropriate alternative.

24 hour telephone support is provided to every person within our
project. Each will be given a personalised contact card, which contains
all relevant personal and emergency ‘out of hours’ contact details.
